Six Indicators and the evidence of how each indicator is addressed
I like the idea that professional development values the professional and their value to the system beyond lip service of the teacher as the most important learner within the educational mileau of school and beyond. There is very good stuff in the second indicator to refine the professional development of teachers around the technology plan.

Activity 3 Instructional Core
I question the fct that the model is "everything" we are forgetting the socio-emotional as a key to learning
We consider Content, Student, Teacher (What about outside teachers these effect each and every learning that happens for an individual learner).Clustered around Instructional Task which as word of itself that leads a teacher centered model.

Is this a pushback to the factory model of education as we can then evaluated as a structure and a measureable output. At least it is inclusive and differentiated but there is NOT allot of movement to constructivist learning,,,is it a step in evolution towards collective intelligence.
I do see it much more effective without edges of the triangle or that they are permeable or expanding like the confines of the universe

Whats in it for Me
Based on the materials associated with the Instructional Core- Supporting Collaborative Professional Learning

Clustering of the expectationsand establish success criteria in elearning will greatly ease the workload for students and benefit students and teachers in the courses. The Instructional Core provides that filter for this writing. I would hope we can develop a chance to do this as a PLC for next year VERY early in the process.

Activity One
Assessment for, as and of learning as a concept is very important to develop continuing learning and will enable life long learning and development/ growth. This a message to promote the shift from text based on line courses and will suppor students to be more engaged and successsful in presenting on line courses. This should support student successs rates which are very important to me as an indicator of how on line courses can become an additioinal choice for all students. Shifting assessmnet right now as part of a bigger conversation around Growing Success could be a effective in supporting teacher practice on line.
Communication is key to promote growth as well as a feeling of trust and support.
